Q: Can you send helium balloons to someone for a party?
A: Unfortunately this isn’t something we are offering at the moment, with the postal service under a lot of extra strain we cannot guarantee the speedy service we usually expect and therefore we don’t want to send a helium balloon to someone and it arrives anything less than perfect after a few unexpected days of travel. We can offer balloon banners though that either self inflate, or you can blow up yourself in a few seconds which are a lovely alternative.
Q: Can I order in bulk?
A: Absolutely! If you need 100 of the same card for a party or you simply need 20 age 6 cards for all the children in a class we are here to help.
Q: What if I don’t like a card that you send in a subscription?
A: Obviously we love all our cards and we do try and send you the ones we think you will like most. However, if we are getting it wrong, please let us know and we will credit your account with the cost of that card so that you can get a different one next time you order.
Q: Can you guarantee my items will arrive by a specific day?
A: We strive to ensure that your item(s) arrive at their desired destination by their desired day, however, unfortunately, at the moment there is a lot of pressure on Royal Mail and some things do go awry. We do have special postage offers that you can pay for which are tracked and insured.
Q: What do you do with all my address information?

Q: Can I return an item I purchased and no longer want?
A: Absolutely, as long as it is within 30 days of purchase and still in it’s original packaging we are happy for you to return any unwanted item and we will refund you.
Q: My item arrived damaged/faulty, what do I do?
A: Oh no, we are so sorry to hear that. Please let us know by email ASAP, send back the damaged product, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
